Enjoy a night at the theater in our historic house museum. This years play is "The Importance of Being Earnest", a comedy by Oscar Wilde, one of his best known. The play follows two gentlemen, Jack Worthing and Algernon Moncrieff, who both pretend to be a fictional character named Earnest. The hilarity that ensues displays Wilde's wit to its full effect. This play is directed by Mark Buckholz.
