The Essence of Vincent, Part II

While this class is offered as an extension of the class I offered in the Spring Session (at the suggestion of those students) everyone interested in painting using the colors and styles of Vincent van Gogh is welcome. This is an acrylic painting class and participants need to bring their own canvasses (or other substrata). The paint and brushes of the Art Association may be used by students, but all are welcome to use their own paint and brushes. For new students, an introduction to Vincent, his various painting styles, subjects, and color combinations will be offered. We do not copy van Gogh's paintings, but use his work as inspiration.Age: 16+
STUDENT PROVIDES: Acrylic paint (also SAA acrylic paint will be available) and canvasses or other substrates SAA PROVIDES: Paint thickener such as texture paste or Liquitex
