Intro to Soft Pastels
Saturday April 6: 9AM - 4PM [Tracey Maras].
This workshop provides the basics of painting with soft pastels, introducing the variety of materials that can be used to create vibrant paintings. Using this versatile medium, participants may create a painting ranging from landscape to floral to animals to abstract.
Supplies: Pencil, eraser, stiff brush 1" wide, reference photos from which to paint Supplies Needed by Instructor: Pastel sets already assembled at SAA; Canson or Strathmore Pastel Paper; Uart 500 Pastel Paper (Dick Blick or Dakota Pastels)
