S19: Block Printing

Wednesdays April 3 - May 22: 6 - 9 PM [Betsy Dollar]
This class is designed for all experience levels. We will be focusing on learning how to carve original Lino block designs and the relief printing process. This traditional printmaking process can be used to create custom stamps, wallpaper, or fabric designs. Students will learn how to create single-color and multi-colored prints on a variety of surface materials. This is a flexible class meant to accommodate individual ideas.
