Needle Felted Creatures

Wednesdays, October 26 - November 16 (4 weeks): 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM (Julie Brown)
Needle felting is a method of compacting wool fibers with a special needle to make them solid. Students will create at least one 3-dimensional animal or other creature- realistic or whimsical. We will begin at the design stage, learn when and how to make an armature, how the different gauges of needles are used, how to use core wool and other varieties of wool, and how to add details and finish off your creature.
