Join us in the hot shop for a weekend with Chicago glass artist Josh DeWall who has worked for glass institutions nationwide. We will meet Friday from 6-9 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with an hour-break for lunch. Techniques covered will include advanced color application, working thin and fast, and sculpting.
This workshop is a great fit for students who have completed Glassblowing 2 and are looking to advance their skillset. All materials provided by SAA.
Price listed includes all 3 days. Glass sculptures need 24 hours in the annealing kiln before they are ready for pick up.
Class capacity is 6. Ages 16+
