Two Color Brioche Cowl
Tuesdays October 30 – November 13: 1- 3:30PM [Jane Hughes- Jackson]
We will be making a brioche cowl in the round. Brioche is an old knitting technique, sometimes called German Brioche. This is a reversible cowl made with 2 colors and/ or types of yarn. Students will learn a stretchy German cast on, knit in the round as well as the Brioche technique.
Supplies: 450 yards of two colors of yarn – worsted weight wool, alpaca, or wool blend. This cowl will be soft and pliable on your neck. The two colors should be contrast or compliments, not too similar.
