Beaux Arts Ball Court Registration

Dear Parents,

Please complete the information below. Enter parent information in the 'Registrant: Court Fee' fields. You will enter your child's name in the Participant Information fields. This will be used for the Ball Program and the presentation text.  All changes or additions must be made prior to rehearsal.  

Note that the Court Fee is only a participation fee. A ticket to the Ball must be purchased at a later date for all Court participants, which will be $50. 

Tickets to the Nov. 26th event will range in price from $50-$140.
