When a lost tourist stumbles into the back room of an Illinois history museum, she discovers that there's a story behind even the smallest of artifacts. Anybody's Story: 200 Years of Illinoisans and Their Stuff is a series of vignettes inspired by the objects in the "Bicentennial & Beyond" exhibit at the Illinois State Museum - watching the play will literally be like watching these objects' stories come to life.

Friday, July 6 and Saturday, July 7 at 7:30 pm in historic Edwards Place, 700 North 4th St.
Sunday, July 8 at 2 pm at the Illinois State Museum, 502 S. Spring St.
This play is written and directed by Mark Beanblossom and produced by the Springfield Art Association of Edwards Place and the Illinois State Museum.
