Ages 13 - 17: Manga and Anime Style Drawing for Teens

Basic manga style comic drawing for teens. We’ll talk about character creation, the basics of manga figure drawing, telling a story through panels and pages, how to put together a cover and pages in the manga style, inking and coloring. The class will transition from drawing to digital by having students take their work and scan it into a digital format. Once digital, the class will cover page design, layout, text bubbles and captions as well as basic coloring. Supplies: Provided by SAA
