2D Sampler for Beginners
Thursdays. Sept 30 - Nov 18 [8 WEEKS]: 1PM - 3PM [Ashlynn Frey]
During this course, students will explore a variety of 2D mediums and techniques. They will learn tips and tricks and experiment with dry and wet mediums such as pen, charcoal, ink, and acrylic paint. While exploring new mediums, we will also look at the history behind those works. For example, students will learn about Renaissance art and create their own Fresco Secco painting with tempera paint. This is a great class for those looking to strengthen their skills or be able to discover and try new materials.
Supply List: Please bring a sketchbook of any 9” x 12” or bigger and black micron pencils.
