Thursdays, July 10 - August 28, 6 - 9 PM  (8 Weeks) [Kaylee Demlow]
This course covers basic techniques for working with sheet glass in a fusing kiln. Students will learn how to cut glass, what happens to glass in the kiln, how to fuse glass vessels, and more. Tools and some materials provided by SAA for student use. Student cost for materials will be dependent on size and complexity of design.
​Class Capacity is 10. Ages 16+
SUPPLIES: Closed-toed shoes and N-95 dust mask. Students are welcome to purchase their own glass for specific colors [COE 90 and 96]. Clear glass will be provided for the initial, small scale project.
