Thank you for agreeing to participate in the SAA Collective 2018 6x6x(6) Art Exhibition and Raffle by completing and donating a 6”x6” artwork on provided canvases. All artwork donated by the deadline will be exhibited during the exhibition. Artwork winners will be announced at an event on Thursday, October 18, 2018. All proceeds go to benefit operations and programming at the SAA Collective gallery.
Canvas pick up: Begins May 1 during Gallery/ Office hours
Canvases can be picked up at both the SAA Collective and the Springfield Art Association. Please bring your receipt as proof of payment.
Artwork Drop Off Deadline: Received by Saturday, September 29, 2018, 5:00 PM
Exhibition Dates: Thursday, October 4 – Thursday, October 18, 2018
Raffle and Closing Event: October 18, 2018 Time: 6-8 PM (Raffle drawing at 7:30)
ENTRY FEES: Maximum 3 submissions per artist.
Non-members $10.00/submission
SAA Members $5.00/submission
SAA Collective Artist 1st Submission Free
Youth/Teen: Artists under 18 years may opt out the raffle. Artwork will be returned to those artists at the end of the exhibition. Opt out is not available for artist 18 year or older.
